Для участия в тендерных торгах необходимо выполнить следующую последовательность действий:

В целях ускорения и оптимизации работы, необходимо предоставлять комплект документов в соответствии с нижеприведенном списком:
  1. Applicant's card (the CEO’s signature, date, stamp) and a card with samples of the CEO signature, chief accountant and stamp;
  2. Memorandum of Association with all additions;
  3. Decision on the election (appointment) of the executive body (head) of company;
  4. Order of the hiring of the chief accountant;
  5. Identity document of the general director / power of attorney of a person acting on behalf of the executive body (head) of a company;
  6. A bank account agreement;
  7. Certificate of absence of suspensions on current accounts;
  8. The lease agreement for the premises (office);
  9. Contract bidding participant's questionnaire (Анкета участника подрядных торгов.) ATTENTION - Commercial Proposals are accepted in conjunction with the completed Application Form STRICTLY in accordance with the points specified in it.

Основанием для запроса вышеуказанной информации является:

- Letter of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated June 21, 2017. N. 03-12-11 / 2/39116 “About the assessment of risks when choosing a counterparty."

- Letter of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 13.02.2017. N. ED-4-2 / ​​13650 “About direction of the Methodological Recommendations for the establishment during tax and procedural audits of obligations indicating intent in the taxpayer’s officials actions aimed at not paying taxes (fees)."

- Letter of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 08.16.2017. N. SA-4-7 / 16152 “About Federal Law of 18.07.2017. No. 163-FZ "On Amendments to Part One of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation" provisions application".

- Letter of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated October 31, 2017. No. ED-4-9 / 22123 “About Article 54.1 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation Provisions Recommendations Application”.

- FEDERAL LAW ON TRADING ORGANIZATION N 325-FL.

- FEDERAL LAW OF 18.07.2011 N 223-FL “ON THE PURCHASE OF GOODS, WORKS, SERVICES BY SEPARATE TYPES OF LEGAL ENTITIES.

- FEDERAL LAW N 44-FL TO THE CONTRACT SYSTEM IN THE PURCHASING GOODS, WORKS, SERVICES AREA FOR PROVIDING STATE AND MUNICIPAL NEEDS.

Additional information:

The applicant, if necessary, is obliged to provide additional information upon request.

In case of failure to provide the above documents and information or the submission of an incomplete package of documents, applicants for the tender are not allowed.

The above documents are provided in scanned form, duly certified.

The final decision on the winner of the tender may be made by the tender commission within three days from the date of its holding based on the assessment of the following criteria: the proposed price of the contract, the amount of advance payments, the quality of previously performed work, the business reputation of the tenderer, etc.

If the winning bidder refuses to sign the contract within 10 days, the bidding results are automatically canceled, and their winner, in the future, is not allowed to participate in the bidding held by Concern MonArch LLC.
