Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin presented awards to the winners of the competition on August 12, traditionally on the eve of the professional holiday Builder's Day. The award ceremony was held at the Manege Exhibition Center at the exhibition of key urban planning and infrastructure projects in Moscow "A City for Everyone". Earlier, on August 4, a shortlist of 38 finalist projects was announced, on the eve of the Builder's Day, by the decision of the city competition commission, the winners were announced. Opening the award ceremony, Sergei Sobyanin emphasized that the Builder's Day is a holiday no less important than the City Day: "Everything we see around us is created by the hands of builders.

This is a celebration of those who laid the first brick in the foundation of the city, created unique architectural monuments. The winner of the competition "The best implemented project in the field of construction" in the nomination - "Construction of medical and health facilities" was recognized as the project of the Monarch Group of Companies: "Outpatient building of a hospital with a maternity hospital in the village of Kommunarka".

According to the results of the citywide voting taking place in the project "Active Citizen", the winner was also chosen "Outpatient building of the hospital with a maternity hospital in the village of Kommunarka".
