The annual competition “Best Completed Construction Project” has been held since 2000. Its goal is to identify the best construction projects implemented in Moscow during the year preceding the year of the competition. “Khoroshevsky” RC has been selected by the competition committee consisting of 28 award nominees. The multifunctional residential complex “Khoroshevsky” is located in a prestigious area of the North-West District and provides a space with a well-developed infrastructure for all family members. In the comfortable quarter, 15 residential buildings of variable number of storeys, a school, kindergartens, apartments, a business center, a rifle range with a 300-meter shooting gallery were built. The original concept of the residential complex project was developed in a single artistic style, which makes the architectural appearance of the quarter integral and expressive. The landscaped courtyards form a unified recreational zone following the concept of “courtyard with no cars”. Athletic fields and children’s playgrounds, a dendrological park and an amphitheater form functional areas where everyone, regardless of their age and character, will feel comfortable and safe.
